About the Role

A highly respected, mission-driven organisation is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its collaborative Finance team. This is a rare opportunity to apply your commercial acumen in a role that truly makes a difference.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of management reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting processes—providing valuable insights that shape business performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly management accounting process, including reporting and analysis
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial models to support business planning
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance and cost analysis
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for timely, actionable insights
• Assist with board reporting, strategic planning, and funding submissions
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements

About You

• CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion)
• Proven experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with ERP and BI tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
• Experience in a values-led or service-based organisation is highly regarded
