About the role
As the Customer Experience & Claims Manager for ClickMe Cars, you’ll be responsible for
delivering best-in-class customer experiences; and
progressing and closing car insurance claims.
You’ll be calling, emailing, and meeting customers in person at our office to assist them with their ongoing car access needs.
You’ll also be working with our customers to book in accident repairs, liaising with our Car Team to organise and progress repairs, and working with insurers to receive and make cash payouts.
This is a role with a good level of variation. You’ll have the opportunity to interact with our cars, our customers and the rest of the team every day.
Full training will be provided.
Your role is likely to evolve based on the business’ needs as it grows, considering your natural talents and experience.
Working from home: some parts of this role can be completed from home, but you’ll generally need to meet with customers to get them started in a car. Accordingly, this role is mostly based in the office.
