Our brand-new Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Holmview is seeking Childcare Educators, to join our passionate team - permanent and casual positions available.

The successful candidates will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under 5 years of age and effectively communicating with children, co-workers and families. We are seeking educators with a strong passion for the Early Childhood Industry who want to have a voice and work where input is encouraged and commitment is rewarded.

The role:

Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assisting to lead a classroom by effectively engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of the children

You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

You will work at all times in compliance with Government Regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet high quality standards

You will network with relevant stakeholders in the local community

You will have confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families

You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests that include a clear cycle of reflective practice

Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers

Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families

Ability to Implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF

Ability to observe and record children’s learning and contribute to their educational portfolios

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
