About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will oversee MG New Cars and a strong Used Car department. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability across all areas.

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you’ll work closely with the local dealership team and remotely with Brisbane-based support to drive performance, maintain strong manufacturer relationships, and achieve set targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximise revenue

Achieve and exceed sales, finance, and aftermarket KPIs

Ensure exceptional customer service and retention

Work collaboratively with the fixed operations team to enhance the overall business

Who We’re Looking For

Proven dealership management experience (multi-franchise or a strong mix of new & used sales preferred)

Strong leadership, negotiation & dispute resolution skills

Ability to analyse and maximise profitability across all revenue streams

Forward-thinking, adaptable, and tech-savvy in an evolving industry

A results-driven mindset with a passion for leading teams to success
