About Position
Are you an innovative sales leader with a knack for building strong customer relationships? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen partnerships with our customers through cutting-edge sales research and market expertise.
In this role, you will lead a small team focused on selling the Independent Solutions product suite (software, hardware, professional services, and subscriptions) and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. You’ll also be responsibility for managing the relationship with some of our larger partners.
As a member of the Leadership Team, the incumbent will also play a key leadership role in the company.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Develop a pipeline of New Sales Opportunities
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the organisation
Manage customer relationships to minimise attrition and maximise opportunities
Collaborate with the Group Marketing team to develop a comprehensive marketing calendar including trade shows, industry forums, LinkedIn and more
Lead the Sales Team and actively participate as a member of the Leadership Team to influence the broader company.
What We Are Looking For:
10 Years strategic sales experience (preferably within the IT industry)
Proven leadership skills
A strong customer service orientation
Experience in developing marketing plans and artefacts to support a sales plan
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Strong relationship building and negotiation abilities
