We’re on the lookout for an experienced, proactive Bookkeeper to join our team part time (20 hours/week) in a flexible hybrid role.

About the Role

This is a flexible position suited to someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and taking ownership of the numbers. You'll be handling key financial tasks to keep our growing operation running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Complete bank and credit card reconciliations

End-to-end payroll processing (including superannuation)

Support BAS preparation and compliance

Maintain general ledger accuracy and monthly reporting

Liaise with our external accountant

Ensure financial records are up-to-date and audit-ready

What We’re Looking For:

Significant experience using Xero (non-negotiable)

Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience (ideally in a small-to-medium business)

Strong understanding of Australian payroll, super, and tax obligations

High attention to detail and excellent time management

A self-starter who works well independently and within a team

Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly regarded
