Claybourn is a proudly Australian heritage brand, crafting high-quality outerwear since 1910. From our Underwood-based facility, we produce premium oilskin and synthetic jackets and coats under our own labels – Claybourn and The Aussie Coat Company.

We are currently on the lookout for skilled sewing machinists with hands-on experience in outerwear production to join our close-knit manufacturing team.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience sewing outerwear garments (jackets and coats) is essential

Confidence working with heavier fabrics and technical materials

A sharp eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes

A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
