Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sewing Machinist & Factory Hand to join our growing team at our Molendinar factory. The ideal candidate will assist our lead sewing machinist in patterning, cutting, sewing and cable finishing shade sails for a variety of applications including homes, driveways, patios, and pools. This role offers the opportunity to learn on the job and be part of a supportive, flexible workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Patterning and cutting fabric for shade sails.

Sewing and assembling shade sails with precision and care.

Completing cable finishing to a high standard.

Ensuring quality control throughout the production process.

Repairs and restitches.
