ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in driving the success of our brand by engaging with potential customers at branded pop-up stands in retail shopping areas. This is a dynamic role that requires you to effectively communicate the benefits of our home improvement products, generate interest, and qualify leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities include:

Promote Australian Outdoor Living’s products to potential customers

Using a proactive approach, you will engage with general public to generate interest and leads for sales department

Provide exceptional customer service

Explaining the benefits of our products in a simple and engaging way

Meet and exceed KPIs

Assist in promoting special offers, campaigns, and product information

Represent and be an ambassador for the Australian Outdoor Living brand

Keep the area clean, organised, and presentable

ABOUT YOU

Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, retail, sales) combined with strong communication and persuasion abilities.

Punctual, committed, and possessing excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.

Availability for flexible 7-day roster work and ability to travel to various retail locations, including a valid driver's license and vehicle access.

Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly connect with customers, identify leads, and capture information.

Ability to understand and effectively present product/service benefits, address customer concerns, and adhere to operational procedures.
