We’re looking for a reliable, energetic and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Enterprise Rent-A-Car team, operated by Hastings Co-op.

About the Role

This is a varied and dynamic role that combines customer service, administration, vehicle movements and general presentation of our fleet. You'll be the face of our business—helping customers book vehicles, completing pre- and post-rental checks, transporting vehicles, and ensuring each one is clean and ready to go.

What You’ll Do

Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone

Process bookings and verify customer documentation

Complete returns and inspect vehicles for any damage

Clean and present vehicles to a high standard

Move vehicles between locations to meet booking demands

Work as part of a close-knit team to cover trading hours and customer needs

What You’ll Bring

A current Australian Driver’s Licence

A strong customer focus with excellent communication skills

Confidence using computer systems for bookings and admin

A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Good level of physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors

A proactive and flexible approach to day-to-day tasks
