We are seeking a Practice Nurse for approximately 17 hours per week and we are flexible with days and times for the right person. There is no weekend, public holiday or after hours work..

As a registered AHPRA Nurse your primary responsibilities would be:

· Supporting GPs in chronic disease management, including health assessments and care plans

· Regular contact with our DVA patients, including care plans

· Assisting with minor procedures

· Administering immunisations, experience with ECGs, spirometry and wound management

· Cold chain management

· Managing stock and ordering supplies

· Possessing a Nurse Immuniser's certification is advantageous.

· Experience in general practice desirable but not essential
