We are seeking a caring, dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing team. We currently support NDIS participants, DVA Clients and other home care services.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide high quality nursing care to participants in a community setting. Assessing individual participant needs, you will plan, implement, or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of options. Working in a community setting requires dedication, adaptability, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of the participants you serve. Your role will be pivotal in improving access to healthcare services, preventing illness, and promoting healthier lifestyles by providing health education, counselling, and rehabilitation programs to improve the health outcomes of participants.

About You

Bachelor of Nursing

Current registration with APHRA

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff and stakeholders

Reliable, adaptable and accountable

Ability to consistently act with humility, integrity, respect, understanding

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning

Previous experience in Aged Care, NDIS or other service industries are desirable, but not essential
