We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and experienced Employee Relations Consultant to lead the way in building a positive, fair, and consistent workplace environment.
In this exciting role, you'll be reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, where you'll have the unique opportunity to advise, coach, and support line managers on a broad range of employee relations issues. Key to your role will be to empower managers with the knowledge and tools they need to foster strong, productive relationships, promoting a culture of fairness and minimizing industrial and employment related risks across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the charge in advising and supporting managers on all aspects of employee relations, ensuring a positive, consistent, and fair approach.
Champion the development of systems, policies, and processes to enhance employee relations best practices across the board.
Provide coaching and expertise to line managers, helping them handle a diverse range of employee relations challenges with confidence and integrity.
Minimise risk to GV Health by ensuring the consistent application of policies and procedures, while fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
What We're Looking For:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in HRM/IR (or related discipline).
Knowledge of employment law, with proven expertise in interpreting and applying industrial instruments, policies, employment contracts, and legislation.
Demonstrated success in creating and implementing systems, policies, and processes that support ‘best practice’ employee relations.
Proven experience in HR/ER consulting or advisory roles, with a strong track record of developing innovative strategies and interventions to resolve employee relations cases.
A high level of maturity and sound judgement, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive matters professionally.
