What you'll be doing

Prepare detailed technical documentation & working drawings using REVIT

Mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas for Client presentations & Finishes Proposals

Source and specify fixtures & finishes

Producing 3D rendering

Work collaboratively to deliver across all stages of Commercial interior design projects

Strong communication skills to consult with clients, consultants and suppliers, and happy to meet with clients and interpret design briefs

Liaise with Consultants and prepare documentation as required to facilitate drawing of plans

Produce all required project documentation, drawings and presentation work from Concept to Completion of projects, working independently and taking ownership

What we're looking for

Someone to hit the ground running and to start asap

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer

Commercial experience preferred- 2 + years

Adobe Creative Suite,Enscape,Sketchup – Preferred not required

Proficient in Revit - essential

Enscape / Programa (non-essential )

Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously when required

Exceptional design and presentation skills

Team player with good communication skills
