We're looking for multiple customer service claims consultants to provide top-notch service and support to members in their moment of need. This is your chance to be part of a collaborative team and make a positive impact.

These positions will commence on 28th April, and you must be able to start on this date for training!

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for members to accurately receive and collect information about their new insurance claims
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat providing empathy, professionalism and understanding to all
  members at all times
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Update and manage customer information using various systems
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality service delivery

Key Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience and ability to build rapport
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
• Ability to deal with conflict in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficient in using multiple systems and Office suite
• Full working rights and ability to work 38 hours per week
