CRM Administrator

• Part- time 3 days a week - $84,000 package

Company:
You will be joining a leading investment consulting firm with office in Sydney CBD. Ouy client provides investment advisory to institutional clients, including superannuation funds, charities, insurers, foundations, and endowment funds. Their services include asset allocation, manager research and selection, and investment strategy advice. Inclusive and flexible work place with hybrid working arrangements.

Role:
You will be supporting their upcoming greenfield Dynamics CRM implementation and lead the administration once live! You will be working closely with the business stakeholder and the implementation partner to drive success. You will be come the SME for the platform managing and optimizing it to support marketing, business development, client servicing, contract management and invoicing.
Responsibilities include:

• Support for the implementation of the Dynamics CRM system through 2025
• Act as the primary administrator for the system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues once the system is live
• Work with key business stakeholders to maintain data in the system
• Become the SME to assist business stakeholders in extracting valuable insights from the system
• Work closely with IT team and external service providers to provide system enhancements and modifications.

You will have:

• 3+ years experience working in software support, data management, sales or customer service support
• Experience in implementation or operation of CRM systems. Dynamics would be advantageous
• Curious mindset to learn and ability to engage with business stakeholders
• Experience and interest within financial services - knowledge of investments and markets is advantageous
• Previous experiernce in delivery of projects within IT or financial services space
