The Organisation
Revise Recruitment is proud to partner with Osteopathy Australia, the national peak body representing osteopaths across the country. As a respected voice within allied health, Osteopathy Australia advocates for best practice, supports its members, and drives the profession forward. With the launch of a new website and member management system underway, we’re looking for a detail-driven Administrator to help bring this project to life.
The Role
As the Administrator for this project, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the rollout of the new website and MRM (Member Relationship Management) platform. From migrating content to testing user journeys, your day-to-day will involve structured, task-based admin work with a strong focus on accuracy.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and report to the Operations Manager. This role suits someone who is highly organised, comfortable working in CRM’s and websites, and motivated by getting the details right.
About You
You’re a systems-savvy administrator who enjoys working with web interfaces, Word and spreadsheets. Whether it’s uploading content or cross-checking layouts, you're thorough, efficient, and take pride in delivering quality work. You’re also a team player who communicates clearly and enjoys contributing to projects that make a real impact.
Experience in a membership organisation or previous work with CMS/iMIS platforms will be highly regarded.
Duties
- Migrate content from Word documents into the website CMS
- Maintain and update an Excel-based sitemap to track page progress
- Upload and organise content including images, files, and copy
- Test website functionality and user flows from multiple perspectives
- Identify and report broken links, formatting issues, or navigation errors
- Support project delivery through ad hoc administration and stakeholder liaison
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confident navigating online systems and digital platforms
- Meticulous attention to detail and consistency
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage repetitive tasks without losing focus or accuracy
- Familiarity with iMIS and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) is a plus
- Understanding of basic website testing or previous experience on a digital project is desirable
