Join us in this Chief Engineer role, leading the Engineering team onboard our Trailer Suction Hopper Dredger, which provides channel and berth maintenance to Ports up and down the eastern seaboard; operating 24/7, 365 days a year, supported by two back-to-back crews.
Your role will be to effectively manage the repairs, maintenance and operations of all machinery on the vessel with support from the onshore Technical Superintendent. In addition, you will actively assist the Technical Superintendent with the planning and preparation of refits and docking specifications.

- You’re an experienced Chief Engineer holding a current Engineer Class 1 or 2 with a preference of Class 1, AMSA medical and COST.
- You’re passionate about delivering operational efficiencies and improvements for the crew, the business and for our customers.
- You’re an experienced people leader, with a focus on building positive employee engagement within the framework of an industrial instrument.
- You’re committed to the highest standards of health and safety ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for yourself and the team.
