We are a very enthusiastic, passionate and committed company, and we are searching for a pro-active and motivated People & Culture Officer to join our team.

About the position:

The People & Culture Officer is responsible for working across all aspects of day-to-day HR, providing HR services across our organisation, ensuring they are in accordance with policy and operational requirements, and offering support and assistance with the recruitment, onboarding, and development of all our employees.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Performing high attention to detail tasks across Human Resource administration; including maintaining accurate employee personnel files with respect to contracts and variations, payroll information, onboarding documentation and preparing supervision spreadsheets as requested by leadership team.
2. Manage and maintain Eunoia Lanes Employee information register through Microsoft excel, Bright HR and Xero, ensuring all employee information is up to date and compliance maintained with correct on file information.
3. Working collaboratively with the Executive Officer and IT provider to ensure new employees are onboarded with assets, user profiles, correct onboarding information and an allocated desk for efficient induction experience.
4. Support offboarding process; conduct exit interviews, asset handovers/handbacks.
5. Scheduling interviews, ERD’s, conducting reference checks and booking external training requirements identified through position descriptions, onboarding processes or performance appraisals.
6. Actively participate as a panel member for recruitment and selection processes as required.
7. Reflect and embed Eunoia Lane’s principles, objectives and strategic priorities when exercising the responsibilities of this position.
