About the role

Blooms The Chemist Goulburn Marketplace is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with their pharmacy needs, including over-the-counter medication sales and product recommendations

Restocking and maintaining inventory of pharmaceutical products and supplies

Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns

Performing general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing

Adhering to all relevant health, safety and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service role within the healthcare industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

A genuine interest in healthcare and a passion for helping others

A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with the pharmacy team
