What you’ll be doing:
Provide daily reception relief and ad-hoc administrative support.
Plan, organize, and execute various events (e.g., townhalls, birthday morning teas, client seminars, staff functions).
Create and post content on cultural celebrations to promote inclusivity.
Serve as a floor warden and first aider, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Handle special projects, perform weekly timesheet reconciliation, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Prepare and distribute surveys for both People and Culture and Marketing, analyze and produce results.
What you will need to succeed
No experience needed
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Work well within a team, as well as autonomously
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
