Position Profile: We are seeking suitably experienced and dynamic candidates to join our Director Allied Health and the Allied Health team.

Located at Perth Children's Hospital, you will coordinate safety, quality and clinical governance programs and improvement initiatives across PCHN Allied Health, including the collation, analysis, interpretation and reporting of clinical safety and quality data for the Allied Health services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate CAHS safety, quality and clinical governance programs and provide support to the allied health staff across PCHN.
• Collate, analyse, interpret and report clinical safety and quality data on behalf of the Director Allied Health to appropriate committees.
• Work in collaboration with the CAHS Business Intelligence Unit to develop and implement clinical safety and quality data reporting formats and dashboards pertinent to specific area, site and department requirements. You will play a key role in overseeing the Allied Health Statistics (AHS) program for PCH&N Allied Health team.
• Coordinate clinical safety and quality reporting requirements arising from the CAHS Strategic and Operational Plans and local PCH&N Allied Health Operational Plan.
• Coordinate and champion Allied Health quality improvement activities and facilitates change to process and practice related to safety, quality and clinical governance initiatives and activities
