We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Promoters to join our team and represent EZZ at the forefront of consumer engagement in Melbourne.

About the Role

As an EZZ Promoter, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving product awareness, and boosting sales in pharmacies. You will work at a designated promotional stand, introduce customers to EZZ’s premium products, and support a limited-time special offer (e.g., buy-one-get-one-free, free gifts).

You will be fully trained to confidently represent our brand and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up promotional stand, materials, and merchandise before campaign start.

• Engage customers proactively and introduce EZZ products in a professional, friendly manner.

• Clearly explain current promotional offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free / Buy 2 Get 2 Free).

• Encourage purchasing decisions and assist customers with product selection if needed.

• Distribute gifts and promotional bags according to purchase.

• Handle customer enquiries or redirect complex queries appropriately.

• Maintain clean, organised, and attractive promotional space.

• Submit simple end-of-day reports including feedback, customer interactions, and sales observations.

About You

Essential Skills and Qualities:

• Previous experience in promotions, retail sales, or customer service (preferably within health, beauty, or pharmacy environments).

• Well-presented, energetic, and highly approachable.

• Excellent communication skills and natural ability to connect with a wide range of customers.

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.

• Ability to work independently while representing the EZZ brand with professionalism.

• Fluent English for customer interaction.

• Valid working rights in Australia.

Desirable Experience:

• Familiarity with health supplement products.

• Previous pharmacy campaign experience.

• Basic reporting skills (e.g., completing simple feedback forms).

Training and Support

• Comprehensive product and promotion training provided.

• Clear talking points, FAQs, and handling guides to ensure your success.

• Support team available for real-time assistance during the campaign.

Key Requirements

• Must be available for assigned shifts (weekdays and/or weekends depending on campaign schedule).

• Comfortable standing and engaging with customers for extended periods.

• Able to commit to the campaign duration as agreed.
