About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Loyalty & Promotions Host to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and overall experience within our gaming area.
In this role, you will take ownership of maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and engagement in our gaming environment.
You will anticipate customer needs, solve problems effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-tier service in a friendly and engaging manner, ensuring all guests feel valued and well looked after.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a personalised and memorable customer service experience.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all patrons.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written interactions.
Uphold confidentiality regarding financial, operational, and patron matters.
Running of the Clubs inhouse promotions and loyalty strategies (comfortable on a microphone is a bonus)
Effectively handle conflict or challenging situations with professionalism and discretion.
Monitor and support responsible gambling initiatives, ensuring compliance with self-exclusion policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain compliance with gaming regulations and club policies, including Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG).
Embrace diversity and provide inclusive service to a broad range of customers.
Deliver prompt, efficient service and assist in hosting special events as needed.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will need:
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach.
A solid understanding of gaming operations (preferred but not essential).
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent grooming and presentation.
Valid RSA and RCG certifications, with Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming preferred.
