We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Maintenance Fitter/ Maintenance Technician with a strong manufacturing background to join a multi-award-winning skincare business.

Working hours: 7.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday; 7.30am – 1.30pm Friday

The Role

• Effectively working and communicating with Production and other Maintenance team members to ensure plant performance is maximised across the day shift.
• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance of pneumatics
• Install new machinery and equipment
• Use of a variety of hand and power tools
• Assist with preventative and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Assist in maintaining spare parts store to desired level

Successful candidate will have:

• Diploma of Electronics Technician or Mechanical trade certificate (preferred)
• At least one year experienced in general machine maintenance
• Have understanding of pneumatics
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills
• Proactive, a ‘hands-on’ and ‘can-do’ attitude
• The ability to manage time effectively
• Safety and quality focused
• Current Australian Driver’s License
