National Service Manager

An innovative Australian owned healthcare company, with world class portfolio of Design, Construct and Install projects, are looking for a National Service Manager. Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, you will manage a highly skilled team of Field Service Technicians and ensure a high standard of service delivery is maintained.

The Job:

• Manage stakeholders expectations across Operations and Finance, as well as the Tech and Sales teams, through effective use of ERP systems
• Implement your hands on experience to help and support field technicians in service delivery, and some project work.
• Work at a fast pace within a multi-disciplinary team, in a high growth industry ensuring delivery of top quality service.

Have you:

• Excellent experience in leadership positions, working with a team of highly skilled technicians, providing mentorship, support and training?
• A strong background as a functional user of ERP systems, ideally Netsuite, for the purpose of record keeping, operations management and stakeholder reporting?
• Driven to meet strict SLA contractual requirements, as well as some sales acumen to acquire new ones?
