National Field Service Manager – Medical Equipment

Are you a proven service leader with a passion for healthcare technology and operational excellence?
We’re looking for a National Field Service Manager to take the reins of our service operations across NSW, VIC and QLD — driving performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction in the delivery of technical services for critical medical equipment.

What you’ll be doing

Lead and support our national field service team, fostering technical excellence and accountability

Oversee installations, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across a range of regulated medical devices

Oversee corporate service and maintenance agreements

Ensure full compliance with TGA regulations, ISO standards, and manufacturer service protocols

Monitor KPIs including first-time fix rate, response times, and preventative maintenance completion, productive targets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences

Support the use of our CRM and field services software tools to improve scheduling, reporting, and traceability

Manage national service budgets, test equipment/tools, and fleet to maximise efficiency and performance

About you

You’re a strong, hands-on leader with the ability to balance day-to-day operations with strategic thinking. You thrive in regulated, clinical environments and understand the importance of uptime, quality, customer service and safety in the healthcare sector.

You’ll bring:

5+ years in a senior field service or operations leadership role

Experience in medical equipment, biomedical technology, or healthcare engineering would be an advantage, however any electronic/electrical field service management experience will be strongly considered

Solid understanding of regulatory compliance (TGA, ISO 9001 etc.) would be an advantage

Strong data-driven mindset – confident with CRM, reporting, and scheduling systems

A collaborative, solution-focused leadership style
