About Us

Aury Australia is a global supplier of high-quality equipment to the mineral processing industry. We specialise in vibrating screens, centrifuges, and consumable products, supporting clients across the mining and mineral processing sectors.

We are currently seeking a diligent, skilled and team-oriented Workshop Coordinator to join our team at our Rutherford Head Office. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and is a key part of our workshop operations.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including manufacturing, overhauls, assembly, and off-site repairs. The role ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within specified delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily workshop activities and team members

Plan and prioritise workloads to meet project and customer requirements

Maintain workshop efficiency by implementing and improving processes

Ensure work is completed to quality and safety standards

Collaborate with other departments to reduce delays and discrepancies

Oversee equipment maintenance and manage stock levels

Promote a strong safety culture using risk assessments, SWMS, inspections, and safety meetings

Maintain accurate documentation and reports for operations, WHS and compliance

What We’re Looking For

Experience in workshop supervision or a similar leadership role

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, QA, and safety standards

Excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills

Confident decision-maker with stakeholder engagement skills

High attention to detail with a commitment to quality

Strong problem-solving skills with a practical mindset

Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

Proficient in Microsoft Office and workshop management software

Essential Qualifications

Mechanical Trade Qualification

High-Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF)

Current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence

Desirable Experience

Experience in vibrating screen and exciter rebuilds
