About the business & the role:

We are a local family-operated business & look toward providing a high level of service to our valued clients.

For this role we are looking for someone with previous industry experience, in an in-field pool & spa maintenance setting with the capacity to start as soon as possible. The skills include but are not limited to:

Test & balance water using a photometer

Manually clean a variety of pool & spa types in both residential & commercial environments

Install pumps, filters & chlorinators in line with manufacturer's specifications

Perform scheduled maintenance procedures on pool equipment

Fault-finding skills & ability

Identify & disclose future sales & service opportunities at each location

Key requirements for our next team member include:

A minimum of 2 year's experience as a Pool Service Technician

Commencing as soon as possible

Have a current open driver's license

Bring a commitment to safe work practices

Be self-motivated, show initiative, energetic & able to think on your feet

Good communication

Enjoy dealing with customers and perform basic marketing activities while in the field

Can work unsupervised and manage competing priorities within a set time frame

Use our system to key data into a mobile 'app'

Able to lift 20kg bags/drums
