Short Courses Australia is a leading provider of vocational short courses. We seek a fun and happy person for a full-time admin role within our short course team.
This is a varied role and will provide an excellent opportunity to develop skills and responsibility.
Your duties include: (but are not limited to):
- Responding to online and phone enquiries about our short courses
- Supporting students and trainers registering for and attending courses, especially those attending online virtual connected real time short courses
- Completing admin support tasks like basic word processing, copying, scanning and filing
- Some data entry of student details into our student management system and on various government websites
- Other general duties in support of the over-arching business function.
This role requires a caring and dedicated person with a strong work ethic. To be successful in this role you will have -
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to assist with the replies to incoming requests
- A "can do attitude" and a willingness to learn
- A genuine interest in business administration
- High attention to detail with the ability to stay organised and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
The successful applicant will be offered extensive training and development to perform this role and multi skill into other administrative functions over time.
