Are you a detail-driven admin professional with a passion for helping learners succeed? We're looking for a Learning Support Officer – Short Courses to join our Digital Learning team!
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating online programs, supporting students, and ensuring seamless course delivery.
As our short course LSO, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic learning environment, ensuring the seamless delivery and coordination of our online learning programs, and maintaining lines of communication between students, staff and lecturers.
If you have 3-5 years of administrative experience and a knack for supporting learning initiatives, we would love to hear from you!

You will have the opportunity to be involved in:
Customer Interactions – you’ll be responsible for responding promptly and effectively to queries from existing or potential students
Guide students through the registration and enrolment process, ensuring a smooth transition from enrolment to course completion
Course Coordination, including scheduling webinars, liaising with lecturers, compiling & distributing course materials, creating and issuing completion certificates or badges to students
Ensure all student and course data is up to date and accurately recorded
Student support – you’ll play a key role in identifying and assisting underperforming students to help them succeed
Coordinat with international teams regarding course offerings and schedules
Ensuring high standards of course delivery in the exciting micro-credential space
Implementing and following company policies and procedures
Training lecturers and students on using our webinar software
Work with and maintain our LMS (Moodle) site for course management
Undertake additional tasks as required by your manager
What will you need to succeed?

Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
Proven track record of delivering top-tier customer service with a student focused approach
Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working to tight deadlines, ensuring timely course coordination and student support
Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accuracy in student records
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
Team-oriented mindset, fostering collaboration with colleagues and students
Tech savvy and adaptable, comfortable using Microsoft Office, familiar with learning platforms like Moodle, and quick to learn new tools like BigBlueButton or Teams
