About the Role

We are seeking a professional and highly organised Accreditation Assessment Officer. This role is responsible for delivering high-level administrative and stakeholder engagement support to facilitate the College's accreditation processes, including support of the Accreditation Committee. Key tasks include coordinating accreditation panels, providing high-level administrative support, preparing high-quality reports and delivering accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders. Other tasks include:

  • Coordinating complex travel and logistical arrangements, including domestic and international travel, catering, venue bookings and AV requirements.
  • Representing the College at accreditation panel meetings, both in-person and online and contributing to professional discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administration and analysis of stakeholder surveys and datasets including the Medical and Training Survey identifying trends and informing continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
  • Some flexibility to travel interstate and potentially overseas for accreditation activities, as well as availability for occasional after-hours work.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or the right to work in Australia.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and obtain a satisfactory clearance.

A background in membership or nonprofit organisations is advantageous, as is a passion for improving mental healthcare. While prior experience in educational accreditation is beneficial, we also value transferable skills and welcome applicants eager to grow in this area.

  • Salary ranges from $64,533 -$77,398 total remuneration package per annum inclusive of Super and Leave Loading.
