Hepburn Distillery is a multi award-winning, family-owned distillery. We make all our spirits from scratch from local, seasonal and organic ingredients (we are one of only a handful of distilleries in Australia that do). We make vodka, gin and whiskey at our Daylesford cellar door and are open to the public for tastings, cocktails, tours and workshops.

We are looking for a real all rounder to add to our small team. Your role will include bar service, sales, cleaning, running a market stall, fermenting, processing potatoes and learning how to distil (if you want).

The role is regular, casual weekend work as a minimum (Saturday and Sunday), well paid, with award loading.

The person we are looking for must feel genuinely comfortable approaching and talking to strangers and making sales. We need someone who is comfortable taking direction and learning new skills and also able to show initiative and contribute ideas. Ideally you have a passion for hospitality and delicious spirits. We need someone who is reliable and consistent, who can cope on busy days and keep busy and productive when things are quiet.
