Red Mill is a story about family, the history of Sydney, Rum and doing something that hasn’t been done before. Red Mill Rum, first bottled in 1933, now made entirely new again in our distillery in the heart of White Bay, in Sydney's inner-west.

Our new distillery is just starting to open to the public, and we are looking for someone to assist in the cellar door with tastings, general communications and help around the working distillery.

This would be ideally suited to someone looking to get into the distilling industry, has some hospitality background, and is looking for a part-time role with regular hours. We are looking to start with two days/week, Friday & Saturday.

Greeting customers in the distillery tasting room

Helping the team with tours and tastings

Assisting with management of the cellar door, such as bookings, stocking, packaging and general management

Where required, assisting with bottling, production, stock take, etc.
