FAMILY LAWYER - UP TO SENIOR ASSOCIATE LEVEL

If you're a driven Family Lawyer with at least 2 years' Post Admission Experience, we would love to hear from you!

About Your New Role:
This role allows you to engage with a diverse array of Family Law cases in a dynamic and team-oriented setting. You will have the freedom to manage your own caseload while receiving constant mentorship. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a varied range of cases, including but not limited to:

Division of property following the breakdown of a marriage or de facto relationship

Binding Financial Agreements

Parenting matters and living arrangements for children

Divorce proceedings

Child maintenance

About You:
To excel in this role, you will have:

2–3 + years of experience in Family Law (those with more experience are encouraged to apply).

Hands-on experience with Court processes and case management.

Drafting and publishing Court orders with precision and attention to detail.

Reviewing affidavits and preparing legal documents.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.

A proactive mindset and attention to detail in legal drafting and research.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and judicial officers.
