We currently have an opening for a highly organised and experienced Operations Administration Manager to support the HT team.
Conveniently located in the heart of Fremantle, the role is responsible for delivering day to day support to our Chief Operations Officer (COO) and the operations team in a range of areas. This includes administrative support, operational compliance and record management.
This is an exciting role with a strong development opportunity. You’ll be willing and able to get hands-on in order to get the job done in a growing business. You crave knowledge and if unsure you are proactive in seeking an answer or making a recommendation. You’ll also understand even the smallest of tasks play an important role.
The Roles Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day operational administration requirements including providing practical administrative support to the COO and the operation management team.
Develop quarterly reports and other documents for internal and external stakeholders, including compliance and KPI reporting.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards to safeguard existing and potential clients.
Complete audit requests through external platforms and portals. Meeting the critical requirements and uploading documents to ensure business continuance.
Create and maintain company documents, such as tender and quoting templates, key company documents, profiles, SWMS and safety procedures.
Manage OHS compliance including incident and hazard management reporting.
Develop and manage policies and procedures across all areas of the business.
Develop workflow processes and identify areas of improvement.
Create content and maintain social media presence.
Fleet management, including vehicle licensing, signage and Fleetlog allocation.
A detailed role brief will be shared with short listed candidates.
About you:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar level role.
Industry knowledge is desirable but not necessary.
Ability to build trusted relationships and work in confidence with stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills with a professional demeanor and approachable nature.
Effective time management and organisational skills, good with detail and adaptable to work in a changing and growing environment.
A natural problem-solver.
Excellent skill level with Microsoft Office suite and the capacity to learn new technical skills.
Demonstrated personal drive and work ethic.
A willingness to adapt and embrace change.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
