The Opportunity

As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll support the construction lifecycle from early-stage planning through to completion. You’ll have the backing of a well-connected and experienced team, with opportunities to progress as the business continues its strong growth trajectory.

Your role will include:

Managing contract documentation, variations, and progress claims

Working closely with Project Managers and site teams

Maintaining accurate cost tracking and reporting

Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

Ensuring smooth procurement processes and compliance

About You

Minimum 2+ years experience in a Contracts Administrator role

Solid understanding of construction processes and contract management

Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to prioritise competing tasks

Confident communicator and team player

Located in Brisbane or surrounding areas (essential)
