This is an ongoing, temp role with excellent potential for growth as the company continues to expand and be a major player in shaping Australia's infrastructure and buildings.

No direct precast experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training. We're keen to hear from individuals who are:

• Construction, general labouring, or trades assistance.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting in all stages of precast concrete production: preparing moulds, steel fixing, welding (training provided!), pouring, and finishing.
• Safely handling and moving materials.
• Operating machinery under supervision (full training provided).
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Contributing to the creation of high-quality precast elements for major projects across Australia.
