Victoria's largest Precast Concrete facility, based in the heart of North-East Victoria is seeking highly skilled and suitably experienced Precast Production Operators working across a range of department & rosters.

LS Precast continues to supply Victoria’s largest infrastructure projects with high quality precast concrete elements & this is your chance to join the team.

Roles are available for an immediate start with standard day shift (10hr) with regular overtime available. General Production roles may also be available are in Day shift or Day/Night shift 2-week rotation.

Terms and Conditions are offered in accordance with the LS Precast EBA 2022. Employees are provided with modern equipment to operate in a state-of-the-art precast concrete manufacturing facility.

Skills & Experience:

Experienced in pouring and finishing concrete.

Experience in post-production techniques & methods.

Precast Mould preparation

Place concrete using various methods which may include conveyor, kibble or pump.

Use of associated machinery, tools, and the care thereof

Ability to work safely & follow approved work instructions and be a team player.

Willingness to work a rotating roster where needed.

Take responsibility for task completion, a good work ethic, and have pride in the completed job.

Solid understanding of OHS Procedures

Have a valid Construction Induction Card

Any current HRWL skills are an advantage. Eg. Forklift, Gantry Ticket, Rigging, Dogging & Telehandler
