What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Manager with Contract Administration experience, you'll manage end-to-end project delivery across a variety of commercial builds. You’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing project delivery from award through to handover

Managing project documentation, budgets, programs, and risk

Leading subcontractor engagement, supplier coordination and on-site progress

Driving compliance with WHS, QA and best-practice standards

Handling head contract and subcontract variations

Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver value

Providing accurate and timely project reports and cost forecasts

Using intuitive project software (full training provided) to stay on top of deliverables

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience managing commercial construction projects

A strong understanding of project lifecycle, contracts, and cost control

Excellent multitasking, communication, and client-facing abilities

Resilience under pressure and confidence leading multiple projects

Permanent Australian work rights are essential

Someone who’s highly motivated, detail-focused, and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes
