What Do We Need?

Fluent in English and Korean (required)

Demonstrate achievements in Real Estate Industry with a Minimum 1 years of experience

Good connection with Korean community and network.

Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition

Build and maintain good client relations

Inspire, lead and coach your own sales team

Work with internal departments such as the Marketing team to engage audiences and clients more deeply

Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities

Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions

Comply with Company policies and regulations

Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all time
