We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions and facilitating business transformation. Your role will involve analyzing business challenges, developing strategic recommendations, and guiding our clients toward enhanced performance and profitability.

Position Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, ensuring successful execution of consulting projects, and exceeding client expectations. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our company, ensuring high-quality service delivery and applying your digital marketing expertise to drive business performance for clients. Additionally, a key part of your role will be to increase client retention and encourage further engagement with our consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple client consulting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet client objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Within routines, methods, and procedures: provide administrative support to senior management; arrange appointments and webinars attendees, and prepare correspondence.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement strategies and monitor progress

2. Upselling and Client Retention:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and consulting packages to clients.
  • Focus on enhancing client retention and driving repeat business through exceptional service and value delivery.

3. Performance Optimization:

  • Collaborate with clients to implement digital marketing strategies aimed at improving their overall business performance.
  • Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to provide recommendations that align with clients' goals.

4. Project Coordination:

  • Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and effective communication and support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of digital marketing solutions.
  • Support producing marketing material including social media and all content

5. Client Success Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on client performance, identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on project progress and results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the digital marketing industry.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including AI, Paid Ads, content marketing, and social media is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in the provision of administrative support and the ability to provide best-practice customer service.
  • Chinese/Mandarin speaking is an advantage but not necessary.
