The Role

Our client has an excellent reputation in the legal industry. They are seeking a legal assistant to compliment their property law team. Supporting Property Paralegals and the wider Property team, your day will be busy and rewarding. You will work with well known developer clients.

Duties

Duties will include opening and closing files, answering calls, liaising with clients, online searches, preparing documents and settlement notices, maintaining matter database, diary management, receipting deposit moneys, preparing cheques, filing and general admin tasks.

Experience

To be successful in this role you will have 12 months prior legal administration or office admin experience.

Unfortunately, as our client is looking for candidates to progress in time into career paralegal roles, this role is not suitable for law students.
