Insurance Legal Assistant | Brisbane CBD

Are you an experienced Legal Assistant looking to take the next step in your career?
As a Legal Assistant in this impressive Brisbane CBD firm, you will work closely alongside a talented and friendly group of lawyers and paralegals, providing essential support to both the Partner and the broader legal team working within Insurance Law.

The role:

Play a key role in supporting both the Partner and the wider Insurance Law team.

Provide essential administrative and secretarial support (billing, document management, diary management)

File management.

Manage the team's calendar and coordinate meetings.

Draft briefs and assisting with court documents.

About you:

At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant.

Able to manage competing deadlines and priorities effectively.

Have strong technical skills and familiarity with legal software applications.
