Our Client, a large Federal Government Department located in the City is seeking a motivated Applications Developer with expertise in ServiceNow and experience working in SCRM Agile teams. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to delivery high-quality software aligned with government standards.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business and technical requirements;
• Collaborate with SCRUM Agile teams to deliver iterative enhancements and new functionalities;
• Customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts;
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies;
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and ensure platform performance and reliability;
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, configurations, and user guides;
• Ensure compliance with Australian Government security, privacy, and accessibility standards;
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
