Berida Hotel is a 46 room boutique hotel based in Bowral, NSW and we are looking for a full time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team.

To be successful in this role you must be a vibrant and positive person with exceptional hygiene standards, professional presentation and excellent communication skills.

You need to be available to work 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays across a variety of shifts.

The duties of this role include:

Supervision of the day to day operations of the housekeeping department

Ensure rooms and public areas are serviced, cleaned and maintained to a 5 star standard

Allocate rooms, organise tasks, conduct mini training sessions and communicate information and special requests to your team

Go above and beyond in your role to ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain team morale and promote a productive and enjoyable working environment.

Experience in a similar role is essential.
