About the opportunity

• Provide academic administration and support services that directly enhance the student and academic experience.
• Coordinate timetabling and unit delivery logistics and support fieldwork teaching to support high quality and experiential learning.
• Work closely with the Director and academic staff to improve office systems and deliver high-quality outcomes.

About you

• Strong experience in academic administration and coordinating support services in a university or similar setting
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Skilled communicator with the ability to engage confidently with staff, students and stakeholders
• Proficient in a range of digital tools including Microsoft 365 suite of applications and experience in, or demonstrated capacity to learn, new platforms such as student management systems.
• Committed to delivering high-quality service and contributing to a positive campus culture

• Some flexibility in working hours may be required during peak academic periods
