Clinical Care Manager - Hobart
We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager with a passion for clinical care to motivate & mentor this skilled multi-disciplinary team whilst ensuring an exceptional standard of clinical care is being delivered to their loyal residents.

In this role, you will oversee all clinical operations within a large aged care facility. This is a great opportunity for a Care Manager to work within a supportive team culture and expand on their existing skillset.

About the role:

• Up to $122k + super + salary packaging + relocation assistance
• Really lovely home that is in the heart of the village community
• Large RAC facility with stunning scenic views
• Fully accredited until 2027
• Reporting to experienced Facility Manager
• Lots of support from head office including Quality & Compliance, HR and Funding teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience working as a Care Manager within the aged care sector.
• AHPRA Registration as an RN DIV 1
• Extensive clinical skills & knowledge
• Ability to lead and support a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing day to day clinical issues
