The Role & Company

Working as part of a well resourced, professional and experienced Construction team, you will be a Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years Post Qualification experience working in the commercial sector of Sydney's construction industry. Working on an initial $130M commercial new build project, your duties will include the supervision of quality standards, ITP & RFI Management, coordinating design and assisting in the management of subcontractors alongside the Site Manager & Supervisors. You will be exposed to construction programming as you progress working and being mentored by your Project Manager & have a significant input into the overall coordination of design & structural consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved.

The business are a family owned, Tier 2 construction company with a history spanning more than 80 years across Australia's Eastern Seaboard. With a turnover in excess of $1.1 Billion, typical projects are all in the commercial sector and range in value from $30 - $180M. The business has forged an exceptional reputation for developing their people ensuring they rarely have to recruit at senior management level as they look to offer solid progression to their best employees.

Qualifications & Experience

You will be a degree qualified CONSTRUCTION Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years experience working for an Australian Construction Company - they are not looking for Candidates from the Civil market

You will have worked on new build, commercial construction projects as a Site Engineer for the majority, if not all of your career

Experience in the Industrial sector would be viewed favourably

Experience working for the traditional Tier 2 Builders in Australia will give you every chance of an offer of employment

You will be easily commutable to Padstow and Western Sydney in general
