Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer OR Project Engineer within civil construction

• Ability to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A keen attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software.
